How do I become an Eezi issuing partner?+
Contact us through the partner enquiry form and our team will be in touch to guide you through the onboarding process.
What types of businesses can become issuing partners?+
Any business that needs to make payouts to customers — including digital wallets, gaming platforms, insurance companies, and financial services providers.
How does the Eezi Cash PIN get sent to the customer?+
Eezi generates a unique 12-digit Eezi PIN for the partner to send directly to the customer's mobile number via SMS.
What happens if a customer doesn't redeem their PIN?+
If the PIN is not redeemed within 7 days, the funds are automatically returned to the customer's original account on your platform.
For cash-out partners
Is my account credited immediately after redemption?+
Yes. Once the cash-out is done, your balance updates in real time.
Can a customer redeem only part of a voucher?+
No. Each PIN must be redeemed for the full amount.
